AmpTiltor Pro Limited 3-Year Warranty

Designare Products, LLC warrants the AmpTiltor® Pro to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase.

If a manufacturing defect is found during the warranty period, Designare Products, LLC will, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same model, or replace it with a comparable product of equal or greater value.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects resulting from:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects in materials
  • Defects in workmanship under normal intended use

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect
  • Improper assembly, modification, or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, or finish wear
  • Exposure to excessive moisture, corrosive chemicals, saltwater, or extreme temperatures
  • Improper storage or transportation
  • Damage caused by commercial shipping carriers or airlines
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Loss or damage to amplifiers, speakers, instruments, or any other equipment used with the AmpTiltor®

Normal wear of replaceable hardware, rubber pads, rubber feet, and cosmetic finishes is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Designare Products, LLC with:

  • Your proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the defect

Additional information may be requested to evaluate the claim.

If warranty service is approved, instructions for repair or replacement will be provided. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to the designated service location unless otherwise instructed. Designare Products, LLC will cover return shipping for approved warranty claims within the United States.

Limitations

This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product. Designare Products, LLC shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of use, loss of income, damage to other equipment, or any other resulting losses to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Some states or countries do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
